I’m Rob Lee, founder of Kimberley Consulting Group. I bring over 30 years of hands-on leadership experience, including 30 years in retail operations and 13 years guiding strategy, nonprofit programs, infrastructure, and leading cross-functional collaborative teams. I’ve led organizations through complex change, helped scale impact-driven programs, and built systems that enable teams to thrive.
But I’m not just about operations and strategy, I’m deeply committed to continual learning and personal growth. In my 50s, I dove into artificial intelligence, Python, and systems thinking because I believe the future belongs to those willing to stay curious and adapt. As an ultrarunner, I know firsthand what it means to go the distance, stay resilient through discomfort, and push through hard things. That same mindset drives how I lead, how I consult, and how I support others.
